1. OBJECTIVES
- Demonstrate achievements in photo art in recent years.
- Promote exchange and development of photography.

2. BASIC FESTIVAL EVENTS
- The International Exhibition «Perm Photol Biennale – 2013»;
- The Krai exhibition «Our Krai»;
- Mobile exposition «Masters of Perm Photography» in Perm and Kungur;
- Personal exposition of Algimantas Aleksandravichyus (Vilnius, Lithuania);
- Educational-constructive seminar «Modern Photography and Life»;
- Master-class by Algimantas Aleksandravichyus (Vilnius, Lithuania);
- Presentation of a photonovel-trilogy «Dreams», a photopoem «Feelings» and a photonovel
«A Blue Tit Overseas» by Vladislav Borozdin (Perm, Russia);
- Originative meetings with the authors of expositions;
- Originative meetings with Perm photo artists;
- Express-expositions of the festival participants;
- Originative trip of the festival participants round Kungur district.

3. REGLAMENT
- Professional or amateur photographers from any country of the world are invited to participate in the festival.
- The festival is held on 4th October – 3rd November 2013, with basic events held on 4th – 7th October.
- Applications for entry are admitted till 20th August 2013.
An entry form can be downloaded at www.permfotoart.ru.
Travel and accommodation – at the guests’ own expense.
Hotel accommodation in Perm – 600 -3000 rubles per night.

4. FESTIVAL CALENDAR

4th October, 16.00.
Opening of:
- The Festival «Perm Photo Biennale - 2013»;
- The International Exhibition «Perm Photo Biennale - 2013»;
- The Krai exhibition «Our Krai»;
- Mobile exposition «Masters of Perm Photography»;
- Personal exposition of Algimantas Aleksandravichyus (Vilnius, Lithuania);
- Art-residence, 95а Monastyrskaya Street, Perm.

5th October, 10.00-18.00.
- Educational-constructive seminar:
- Art-residence.

6th October, 10.00-17.00.
- Master-class by Algimantas Aleksandravichyus (Vilnius, Lithuania):
- Art-residence.

6th October, 17.00-18.00.
- Presentation of a photonovel-trilogy «Dreams», a photopoem «Feelings» and a photonovel
«A Blue Tit Overseas» by Vladislav Borozdin (Perm, Russia):
- Art-residence.

9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th October
- Originative meetings with Perm photo artists:

- Originative trip of the festival participants round Kungur district.

- Opening of the mobile exposition «Masters of Perm Photography» in Kungur.
